Old Method: Deleting One by One

Previously, we could only delete conversations one by one by selecting “Delete” in the “Options” on the right side of each conversation. This was quite time-consuming and inefficient.

New Method: One-Click Delete All Conversations

Now, we can delete all conversations at once. Here are the simple steps:

1.Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the ChatGPT page, then click “Settings”.

2.In the pop-up Settings panel, select “General” and click “Delete all” in the bottom right corner.

3.A small dialog box will pop up, reminding us if we want to clear all conversation records. This time, we click “Confirm deletion”.
